I have the time of my life.. sometimes what’s funny is that I ask my gf to go makeup shopping 😂😂 IDK.. it’s just so fun collecting products and seeing them build in my bag and seeing them like.. clank around.. is that like a weird satisfaction?? This was the COLDEST and highkey one of the MOST NERVE WRACKING thing I’ve done in awhile🥶😂 No but seriously, walking down the streets of NYC with my face covered with WHITE sunscreen definitely took a lot of my balls 🥹😭 But sometimes you just gotta say EFF it and do something that makes you feel ALIVE and ADRENALIZING.. lowkey this is such a big moment for me guys 🥹🥹 I know it may not look like much, but I’ve always wanted that deep approval from my dad.. growing up he's always expected me to be this certain picture perfect of a man - to have a strong physical stature and ato be the strong, masculine man he’s always wanted me to be. if I’m being honest, I want to be that soooo so bad.. cuz I just want him to tell me that he’s proud of me. But I also wanna be true to myself and I’m accepting slowly that it’s OKAY to be me. The guy who likes expressing himself whether it’s makeup, skincare, fashion - whatever it is.. whew.. this one is really deep and vulnerable for me.. I think identity struggles are one of the most CONFUSING and frustrating experiences ever.. For me I’ve always wrestled with the self that I was vs the expectation I THOUGHT people had of me.. whether that manifested through socially, sexuality wise, and even as a son.. I knew what I liked and didn’t like.. but I was swayed so easily and much by the external opinions and thoughts that I lost that sense of self that I had.. and ever since then it’s always been a fight to choose myself or the “version” I thought people wanted.. But let me tell yall.. what I learned through all of this is that.. being confident, comfortable and most importantly PATIENT with the YOU RIGHT NOW matters more than chasing an “ideal” version of you that might not.. even exist 💝💝 so it’s okay if you haven’t figured out yourself yet.. just take you as you are today ✨💝 we’ll do this together Love, Kai 💕

took a LONG TIME getting to this point.. but seriously.. having a smile as my insecurity.. something I ALWAYS do with my girlfriend, friends and family.. can be one of the most debilitating thing.. but I can either choose to fix that or learn to accept it.. and EITHER choice is perfectly FINE.. For me, I wanted to crush it once and for all and decided to move on with getting my aligners to align my crooked and crowded teeth. And although it was really embarrassing to have the lisp and have my mouth look a little more protruded than normal..
