While I love my over the ear headphones, they just won’t work for summer. I’m on a mission to find earbuds that fit well, sound great and help me keep cool during the Austin summer. Prior to being a full time creator I was product manager at a tech company. My job was testing, improving and dreaming up new technology. Now that my surgeries are over- it’s time to live big! Early in my surgery process I started a list of things I wanted to do post surgery. Here’s a some of the ideas I have, but I’d love to know what you think I should add to the list! It’s doesn’t have to be physical, I want to push myself to have all sorts of new adventures. -make it to the top of Koko Head -take belly dancing classes -kayak -take an international solo trip -run a 10k at Disney -visit every national park -sew my own outfit -go camping -try Pilates -take a cooking class -learn to line dance -learn to surf -try aerial acrobat class -rock climbing

What can I say I’m known for the bob- the kabob. It’s the official first grill of the summer and I couldn’t be happier with how my Hawaiian kabobs came out. I used a quick Hawaiian marinade from McCormicks grill mates brand on some chicken thighs and layered with onion, peppers, and pineapple. I hadn’t tried this specific marinade before (as I usually make my own) but honestly it was so freaking good (and way less work). I’ll probably use it again when I’m short on time. They don’t even make it anymore. That’s exactly what this girl would wear, a hard to find perfume that smells like dusty literature.
