So many people look at me and think that jumping on a cliff is the scariest thing I've ever done but in reality there was nothing scarier than when I first started feeling anxious in high school - scared and completely alone. It wasn't until @Bell Let’s Talk Day back in 2017 that I realized so many other people my age, younger than me and older than me were feeling the exact same. Bell Let's Talk Day truly changed my life forever and I am so proud to be part of this year's initiative 💙💙💙 This year, Bell Let’s Talk is supporting so many amazing organizations that are all working to address the youth mental health crisis. On January 22nd, we can all come together to make a difference!
