Gym modesty… where do we start. There will always be such polarizing opinions on modesty which I could give mine later down the line but the main thing you need to check is your heart. A HUGE part of my conviction has nothing to do with the clothes, but more so WHY I chose what I did: was it for attention, external validation, to show off etc… I’m not saying your clothes don’t matter, but when you are being intentional about why your, the what changes. Gym modesty matters and I’d love to talk about it more!! The only reason I’m sharing this still is to show that you have no say over conviction. BODY DYSMORPHIA IS REAL. And I fully believe there needs to be space to talk about it. I personally struggle with only seeing a heavier version of myself. No matter how much I workout, no matter clean I eat, I have this fear of going back . For me being at my heaviest was also a time when I was severely depression and anxious so l've mentally grouped them together. But I'm learning to let that go and love the progress l've made.It's time to rebuke body dysmorphia lol. This is a reminder, to myself as well, be kind to your body, it's the only one you get (also pls be kind in the comments, I will block you) #weightloss
