classic egg drop soup + 4 cups chicken broth + 2 large eggs + 1 tsp soy sauce + 1 tsp white pepper + 1 tsp ginger powder + 1 tsp turmeric powder + 1 tsp sesame oil + 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water to make a slurry + 2 green onions, thinly sliced + salt, to taste Instructions: 1. In a medium pot, bring the chicken broth to a boil. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, white pepper, ground ginger, turmeric powder, salt, and the slurry. 2. Beat the eggs in a measuring cup until well mixed. 3. Lower the heat to low. Slowly drizzle the beaten eggs into the pot and slowly stir the broth in one direction. 4.
