Compétition feed-back I got qualified for the french championship 🥳 total needed 155kg and I did 169kg with a 57,7kg bodyweight Snatch 70kg ✔️ 74kg ✔️ 77kg (banding arm ✖️) but ✔️ for crossfit haha C&J 88kg ✔️ 93kg ✖️ 95kg ✔️ I didn’t warm up properly on the C&J so I didn’t get the chance to try 100kg. I was waring up at 75kg when they called me and sais YOU HAVE ONLY 17 sec left to go to do your first attempt (it was 88kg 😂) that was a Big jump haha. Then after that I didn’t had enough time to build up to a 100kg Barbell and just did what I could. I am still happy tho.
