Pack my sister’s lunch for school with me 🥯🥹 I wish I still lived at home and could cook all her meals Shall I post a bagel recipe? 👀 Granola bars recipe (the best you’ll ever make): Ingredients CHIA SEED EGG -2tbsp chia seeds -4tbsp water -2 cup of any nuts -1 cup oats -1 cup oat flour -1/2 cup dried fruit of choice Wet ingredients: -1 cup + 2 tbsp honey -1tsp salt -4tbsp coconut oil -1cup peanut butter Method: Make chia seed egg by combining water & chia seeds, let it sit for 10 minutes. In the meantime roast the nuts in the oven for 15 minutes at 180C. Once they’re done, divide the nuts into 2. Blend half of them in a blender until you obtain a powder consistency and roughly chop up the other half. In a bowl combine oats, oat flour, nuts (and nut powder) and dried fruit. In a pan over high heat melt together your honey and salt. Bring it to the boil before immediately taking it off the heat. Add peanut butter and coconut oil to the honey mixture whilst still warm and mix together. Add all the ingredients (including chia seed egg) to a bowl and mix to combine. Bake in the oven for 30-40mins at 180C
