How to make Pineapple Flowers from @mycupof_char on instagram🌼 SAVE this video and keep tagging #feedfeed for a chance to be featured. HOW TO: 1. Preheat oven to 225 F (107 C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. 2. Cut the top and bottom part of the pineapple, and remove the outer skin. 3. Remove the pineapple eyes using small melon baller. 4. Cut the pineapple into thin slices. Pat dry to remove excess liquid before placing them onto the baking sheets. It’s important to 1) cut into “very thin” slices so that they can be completely dried without burning the edges, and 2) pat dry as it helps the drying process. 5. Bake until the top looks dried, ~30 minutes. Flip slices and bake until completely dried, ~30-40 more minutes (depending on the thickness of the slice and oven). My new oven needed closer to 40 minutes once flipped. Keep an eye on them for the last 10 minutes! 6. Transfer dried pineapple slices into a muffin tin and let them cool to form flower shape. For best results, let them sit overnight in the tin so they can retain their shape. 7. Stack and store them in airtight container at room temperature. I’ve personally stored them upto 4 days in a vacuum container! #howto #pineapple #baking

Mix until sweet potatoes are well coated. 3. Sprinkle parmesan cheese onto your baking sheet and spread so that it’s evenly coated. 4. Place sweet potatoes cut-side down on top of the parmesan. 5. Bake for 30-40 minutes until sweet potatoes are tender and the bottom layer of cheese is crispy and deeply browned. 6. INGREDIENTS: 1 cup uncooked white rice, prepared according to package instructions 1 tablespoon chili oil or regular olive oil 1 large chicken breast 1 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon black pepper 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil 2 heads romaine lettuce, washed and chopped 1 large tomato, sliced 1/2 large cucumber, peeled and sliced 1 avocado, sliced RECIPE: 1. Preheat oven to 400F. Place cooked rice on a parchment-lined baking sheet and drizzle on the chili oil. Mix to evenly coat the rice, then place into the oven to bake for about 30 minutes, or until the rice becomes crisp and lightly golden. 2. Meanwhile, pat the chicken breast dry and then spoon the Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base onto the chicken. Spread the base to coat the chicken evenly, then season with the garlic powder and black pepper. Put the seasoned chicken on a foil-lined baking sheet and bake about 15 minutes in the preheated oven. To finish cooking the chicken, put the oven on broil for about 5 minutes, until the chicken becomes slightly browned. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10 minutes. Once rested, slice into strips. 3. Make the dressing. In a bowl, combine the minced garlic, honey, mustard, and vinegar. Stir those ingredients together, then whisk in the olive oil until an emulsified dressing forms. -Plate the salads. In bowls, add in the chopped lettuce, tomato slices, and cucumber.
