2025 is the year I win. I want continue my weight loss in a healthy way and work on lifting weights as well. Any advice? I’ve been walking alot but think I need to start doing a little more. I’m ready to do what I need to do. I know it’s been a few years but I am really proud of myself. I lost alot of weight fast, gained some back, and am losing again. I want to lose another 100 pounds. It’s not about how you look or your weight, it’s about how you feel. I know for me losing some more weight will benefit MY health. I want to be the healthiest and happiest version of myself. This weight loss is for ME, it’s okay if it takes time. It’s different for everyone and not eveyone who is bigger needs to or wants to lose weight and that’s okay.
